There are times in everyone's life when we have what I like to call a life changing moment.  A time when things cease to exist the way they were prior to that moment.  That is  what happened when I utilized the knowledge that TELOS  has to offer. Through an integrated training approach which includes Personal Training, MAT Therapy and Massage my physical and emotional well being has changed.  My outlook on life both personally and professionally has been taken to a new high.  

I have not missed a day of work in almost two years.   TELOS  is not just another workout facility.  They take a  comprehensive approach to both physical and mental wellness and develop a personalized Integrated training program tailored to each individual. I believe in the TELOS way so much that I have referred many of my close friends as well as signing up the majority of my employees.  Take it from someone who has memberships to multiple workout  facilities, TELOS  is the only one that I truly believe in and the only one I go to religiously!!!
