TELOS Fitness Center has had a big impact on my life through a coordinated program of exercise and diet. Ian listened to what my goals were and put together an exercise routine that allowed me to “work smart, not hard.” Along with weight-training and cardio vascular exercise, Kristin Moses introduced me to Pilates. Wow! What a powerful combination!

As we all know, exercise is only a part of being fit, the rest of it lies in a good diet. With Yvette drawing up a number of very healthy, yet tasty menu items, my husband Brewster and I enjoy great tasting food after our workouts that is good for the body. I love how the menu here at TELOS spells out the calories, fat, fiber, and protein.

Simply put, I am 41 years old and I am the healthiest and most fit I have ever been. Thanks TELOS!
