Swedish Massage

Uses soothing, tapping and kneading strokes to work the entire body, relieving muscle tension and loosening sore joints. Swedish massage therapists use five basic strokes, effleurage; petrissage; friction; tapotement and vibration.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the surface of your body. Deep muscle techniques usually involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the grain of the muscles.

Sports Massage

The techniques are similar to those in Swedish and deep tissue massage, however, sports massage is adapted to meet the athlete's special needs.

Chair Massage  

A quick, convenient opportunity to help the body relieve built-up stress. A fully clothed massage of the head, neck and shoulders, back and arms delivered in a massage chair.

Tanning

TELOS' all natural, customized, cosmeceutical spray-on tanning is applied in a private area by a Tanning Specialist in about 5 to 8 minutes.  You will receive an immediate, natural looking tan that will continue to darken over the next 6 to 12 hours. 

This product offers an orderless, all-natural tan that will leave your skin with a flawless natural glow.  It does not and will never contain perfumes, dyes, chemicals or alcohol.  You can expect your tan to last 5 to 8 days depending on your skin type and maintenance.  Regular moisturizing, pre and post tan products are available to extend the life of your tan.
