
Everett Aaberg is a Co-Owner and the Director of Education and Fitness Services for TELOS Fitness Center. For the past several years, he has served as a Director of Personal Training for International Athletic Club Management. Everett has gained national recognition for his ability to develop highly respected and successful training programs at the Cooper Fitness Center. He is also a highly demanded presenter and consultant traveling nationally and internationally sharing his knowledge and experience in the fitness industry for numerous reputable organizations.
Everett is also a national certifying instructor at the world-renown Cooper Institute. He has developed instructional videos, written countless articles, and is the author of “Biomechanically Correct”, “Muscle Mechanics”, “Resistance Training Instruction”, and his latest book, “Strength, Speed and Power.” He was recently awarded the prestigious “IDEA International Personal Trainer of the Year” and was most recently named as the “Best Trainer in Dallas” by ‘D’ Magazine.
Everett also has an extensive amount of practical experience. He has personally instructed and trained hundreds of clients, coaches, fitness instructors and personal trainers in resistance training for the past 15 years. He has used resistance training throughout his life for personal fitness and also in preparation for a variety of sports and athletic accomplishments. His experience includes such honors as being a collegiate Academic All American in football, several state powerlifting championships and body building titles, including the NPC and AAU Mr. Colorado titles.
Everett’s knowledge combined with his experience as a competitive athlete, powerlifter and champion body builder give him a unique approach that truly merges the sciences of human movement with the art of resistance training.
