Clarisa Duran

Director of Sales and Marketing

Clarisa Duran, Sales and Marketing Director for the TELOS Fitness Center, is the newest member of Team TELOS.  Prior to joining TELOS she spent four years at the Baylor Tom Landry Health and Wellness Center as a Membership Representative and Sr. Account Executive for Corporate Initiatives. 

Some of her brightest accomplishments include:

• Negotiating a marketing agreement with Belo Corp and subsidiaries that allowed direct email communication to over 2,600 employees.
• Establishing Raytheon as an Executive Physical client and delivered a direct mail piece to the 200 nationwide Raytheon Vice Presidents, Presidents and CEOs.
• Securing SBC as the largest corporate account for the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center where the CEO, Bill Blase, sent an email to all 14,000 SBC Dallas employees encouraging them to get healthier.
• Securing signficant sponsorships with Saks Fifth Avenue and Clarins Cosmetics.  Saks donated $25,000 from the Key to the Cure event at the Baylor Health Care System Foundation.  Clarins donated 1,000 cosmetic bags, sample products and coupons at a value of $15,000 to the For Women For Life event. 

She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Texsa at Dallas and recieved a B.S. in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.  Clarisa enjoys all aspects of the fitness and wellness industry from informing newcomers to the benefits of working out to trying every Pilates, yoga and weight-training class available.  One way to get to know Clarisa's good side is to brag about the University of Texas Football Program, the current national champions and the best University on the Planet!!
